B | 漫长的运输周期导致企业不得不提前备货，将大量化肥长期压在港口“以船、箱代库”，不仅占用大量资金，而且货物极易因天气、船期延误而错失最佳销售时机。　　针对这一痛点，贵阳铁路物流中心创新推出“运仓配”模式，将服务触角向前端延伸。通过在改貌站设立“内陆前置仓”，企业可根据东北市场的实际订单情况，提前将货物发运至仓内集结。一旦终端有需求，立马组织装车，全程铁路直发。“运仓配”模式将发运到交付的时间压缩至十天左右，通过提前集结、想走就走，实现了由“多方转运”到“一路直达”的根本性转变。　　时效的大幅提升，带来的是企业资金周转和市场响应能力的全面跃升。以此次首发为例，企业不再需要承担港口长期仓储费用和货物滞压的资金利息。同时还可根据市场实际需求，实行小批量、多批次、快节奏的灵活发运。　　“传统铁水联运模式下，我们的货物要先到港口等船期、走海运，全程耗时将近两个月。现在通过前置仓直发十天左右就能到客户手里。从现在到年底，采用这个模式能为我们节省总运输成本约60万元。”贵州磷化集团相关负责人算了一笔账。时效提升的背后，带来的是资金占用大幅减少、市场响应显著加快的共同效应。　　“40车化肥的顺利首发只是开始，后续我们将根据客户需求持续组织发运。”贵阳铁路物流中心相关负责人表示，为确保这批农资安全送达，铁路部门已建立全程追踪机制，对列车运行状态进行实时监控，持续优化前置仓作业流程，提升装车效率。
